In Loving Memory of Les J. Forsyth

Passed away May 4, 2016 at the age of 82, peacefully in Aurora, Colorado after battling a lengthy illness. He was born on January 15, 1934 in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Survived by his loving wife of 15 1/2 years Rita M. Forsyth; daughters Janice (Kirk) Vigil, Judy (Rick) Capps and Joanne (Stuart) Murray; stepdaughter Desirae (Joel) Glentzer; grandchildren Brian Vigil, Lindsay Barriteau, Casey Vigil, Zachary Pierucci, Alexander Murray, Phillip Murray, Taryn Glentzer, and Sierra Glentzer; great-grandchild Kallie Barriteau. Preceded in death by his loving parents George Forsyth and Lylas Hougardy.

Les served in the Army as a Military Policeman. He was a California State Highway Patrol Officer for 35 Years, and a truck driver for 22 Years. He will be remembered as a devout Christian man with a Zest for Life. He loved his church, his family, and his friends. Les had a wonderful sense of humor, always friendly with a smile on his face, and was known for helping others.
