Jerry is survived by Daughter, Linda A. (David) Bradley; Three Sons, Jerry E. (Susan) Clark, Jeffrey A. (Rebekah) Clark, Ronald W. (Pam) Clark; Six Grandchildren, Jason L. (Amanda) Clark, Laura E. (Eric) Dugan, Jennifer (Joe) Clark Kilbourn, Joshua B. (Jasmine) Clark, Jill K. (Scott) Rhodes, Ross D. (Pari) Bradley; 14 Great Grandchildren; Two Sisters, Frances & Bertha. He is preceded in death by Wife, Laura M. Clark, Father, Edmond M. Clark, Mother, Elizabeth P. Clark, 4 Brothers & 4 Sisters.
