He was born June 9, 1943 in New Orleans, Louisiana, the son of Alfred and Marie (Felton) Bernal.
Roy is survived by his wife, Kathy, Three Sons, Darrell Bernal, Shelby Bernal, Danny Myner; Daughters, Natalie Conley and Donna Bernal; Brother Glenn Bernal and Sister Lynn Greene . He is preceded in death by Mother, Marie Bernal, Father, Alfred Bernal.
