He was born March 9, 1953 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Robert and Rachel (Clark) Legge. He was a graduate of Hinkley High School.
James is survived by his life partner, Sylvia Osserman; step-son, Travis Osserman; two grandchildren, Jaylynn and Kane Osserman; brother, Robert Legge Jr. and his wife Rose; two sisters, Dori Organ and Cathy Legge. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Legge, Sr. and mother, Rachel Legge.
