Rita Ann Lucero

Rita Ann Lucero, born October 18, 1943 of Denver, Colorado passed away April 2, 2017 at the age of 73.

She was the daughter of Ramon Gomez and Rebecca Sandoval. She was the sister of eight siblings, Julian, Rick, Ernie, Eddie, Josephine, Sharlene, Laura and Artie.

She has four surviving children: Dianna Abreu, Annette Martinez, Dominick Lucero and Bernadette Lovato and one deceased daughter: Cindy Pacheco. She also has 12 grandchildren: Artie, Chris, Desirae, Derek, Gilbert, Angelo, Marriah, Cameron, Jessica, Justyn, Brandon, and Tristan, as well as numerous great-grandchildren.

There are so many beautiful memories of Rita, but what stands out for many of us was her beautiful smile. She can always brighten your day with her smile. She was devoted to her faith, love for her children, and Jesus Christ. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, watching movies, cooking (especially Mexican Food), soda pop, stuffed animals and taking a drive to the beautiful Colorado Mountains.
