Beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Aunt.
Maria Elena Abeyta (Helen) 96 yrs. old born in Augilar, Colorado to Feliberto and Aurelia Gonzales on Oct. 9, 1921. Married for 75 wonderful years to AGAPITO ABEYTA. Preceded in death by daughter Linda Ramos (Ignacio). Survived by children Doris Brown, Bernadette Abeyta, Roberta Chacon (Richard), Stacie Sosa, Jarrod Abeyta, and Richard Abeyta. Seven Grandchildren and 29 Great and Great-great grandchildren. Survived by siblings Susie Montoya, Fred Gonzales, Lucille Lovato, and Bertha Portales. Numerous nephews and nieces.
Sunday Nov. 5, 2017. Viewing 5:00 p.m. and Rosary to follow 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer West Chapel at 901 S. Sheridan Blvd. Lakewood, CO 80226
Monday Nov. 6, 2017. Funeral Mass 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church 11385 Grant Dr., Northglenn, CO. Reception to follow. Graveside services 1:30 p.m. at Ft. Logan National Cemetery. 4400 W. Kenyon Ave. Staging Area B (arrive 15 to 30 minutes early).
