Cindy Lucas Collier

Cindy Collier passed away on April 5th, 2023, after a hard, six-month battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 81 years old. Cindy was strong, and never stopped fighting her battle with cancer. She was always determined until the end, no matter how sick she was. Cindy had a full life. She dedicated her life to helping others, and served as a military nurse during the Vietnam and Operation Desert Shield wars and was a civilian Nurse Practitioner with United Airlines. Outside of work, Cindy loved her family and friends, was a private pilot, and loved spending time in the Colorado Mountains, traveling around the world, and in Hawaii. Cindy is survived by her son Doug Collier, and grandson Luca Collier. Her funeral will be a private ceremony for friends and family members. Her son asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
