Aaron Michael Barclay, 30, of Aurora, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022.
Aaron was born to Gavin & Dorita Barclay, May 15, 1992, at Ft. Campbell Military base in Clarksville, TN. Aaron obtained his GED from Job Corp in Montana where he was learning to be a Heavy Equipment Operator. He met his wife Cheryl Revilla in Texas, and they were married in Colorado. Aaron worked a variety of jobs including working as a Security Officer for Blackstone Consulting, Inc.
Aaron enjoyed building different projects and working with his hands. He would play video games for hours at a time. Watching horror movies and picking on his sister and cousins were a few things that he did on a frequent basis. He enjoyed working jobs outside. He loved spending time with his son and brother, Brian Barclay. Halloween was his favorite holiday and he loved going to his Aunt Darla Salazar's house dressed up in costume and scary people by jumping out at them as they walked by.
Aaron is survived by his mother, Dorita Chronister (Aurora), his son Jonathan Tolliver (Texas), his brother Brian Barclay (Lakewood), his sister Caitlin Barclay (Aurora), his grandfather Alexander Barclay, his grandmother's Patricia Lowery and Janice Williams, his wife Cheryl Revilla, his stepmom, Roberta Barclay Anderson, four stepbrothers, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins on both sides.
He is preceded in death by his father, Gavin Barclay, stepmom Kimberly Chronister, and maternal grandparents, Roy & Sharon (West) Schultz.
A celebration of Life will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023. More details will be posted later on social media.
