Abe Joiner, 88, of Aurora, passed away December 17, 2014.
He was born May 19, 1926 in Ward, West Virginia, the son of Leonard and Jennie Brown (Hairston) Joiner. On January 24, 1964 he married Anne Briggs, of Bluefield, West Virginia.
Abe is survived by her son, Steven A. (Jessica) Joiner; three grandchildren, Akaysha Joiner, Zandreya Joiner and Tremayne Joiner. He is preceded in death by his wife, Anne A. Joiner; son, Jerome Joiner; father, Leonard Joiner; and mother, Jennie Brown Joiner.
Memorial contributions may be made to the University of Colorado Hospital Blood Infusion Center.
