Al Yoder

Yoder, Al D., of Aurora, Colorado (originally from Arthur, Illinois) was born on August 23, 1947 and went home to be with his Heavenly Father on May 1, 2009, at the age of 61.

He is preceded in death by his parents Dan and Lovina Yoder and siblings Ella Yoder (Kemp) and Reuben Yoder. He is survived by siblings Esther Yoder; Nelson (Anna) Yoder; Adlai Yoder all of Arthur Illinois; Dan (Arlene) Yoder of Colorado; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Al was a devoted family man who cherished each and every family member and delighted in spending time with them. He was an avid photographer and loved music and the great outdoors. He was well known in his career in the audio/video field, in both the public and private sectors, He had a business in Aurora, CO called Data Graphics Display. He will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be held at the Peace Mennonite Church located at 3:30 pm Tuesday, May 5, 2009 at the Peace Mennonite Community Church 13601 E. Alameda Ave. Aurora, CO 80012. Officating Pastor Ed Miller. Visitation will be held from 2:30 pm until time of service. Burial will take place in Arthur Cemetery in Arthur, IL


Casket Bearers- Rod Yoder, Mark Miller, Lonnie Plank, Jerry Copper, James Thurman and Dar Barrie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Peace Mennonite Church.
