Alice Mae Papp

Alice Mae (Spain) Papp was born the day before Christmas 1939 to Sallie Virginia and Harold Emmet Spain in Petersburg, Virginia. She attended York, Virginia Schools, and attended Mesa College in Arizona studying Interior Design.

She had four sons, Harvey Riley, Jr., Derrick Riley, Darrel Wallace, and Christopher Wallace. Harvey Jr. preceded her in death.

On November 25, 2000, she married Ronald Papp, the true love of her life. They often referred to each other as "my love."

Alice loved to decorate and shop for items to enhance their home. She would often go to garage sales as well as auctions in search of items to brighten the surroundings. She loved to find a bargain and loved her home.

Her biggest fan base was her two little dogs. Angi and Coco were her favorite companions next to Ron, her husband. In addition to Ron, she leaves her sons Derrick, Darrel, and Christopher, three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
