Amabeli "Amy" Cuellar, 69, of Thornton, passed away October 18, 2020.
She was born July 9, 1951 in Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, the daughter of Francisco Magdaleno and Maria Sierra.
She was a cook with the El Paso School District .
Amy loved cooking, dancing and listening to music. She would always set time aside each day to pray. She was very family-oriented. Above all, she was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. Her 6 grandchildren were her life. Amy was very giving. She would give her shirt off of her back if it was needed. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
Amabeli is survived by her two sons, Manuel Gilberto Cuellar and Ralph Joseph Cuellar, Jr.; daughter, Mary Ann Cuellar; two daughters-in-law, Nancy Morales and Celia Cuellar; eight grandchildren, Ysena Fierro, Cynthia Morales, Johnny Fierro, Oscar Fierro, Kasidee Cuellar, Alexis Morales, Ciana Cuellar and Maximus Cuellar; niece, Sandra Sanchez; nephew, Sergio Alvarez; several extended family members and a host of friends.
She is preceded in death by father, Francisco Magdaleno; mother, Maria Sierra; sister, Leonor Alvarez and two brothers, Manuel Sierra and Heriberto Sierra.
