Amy Jon Clink was born in Ames, Iowa to Clarence Arthur Clink Jr. and Donna Green Clink on September 15, 1977. She attended Gilbert Elementary and Gilbert High School in Gilbert, Iowa. She attended Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa for two years and then transferred to Colorado Christian College in Lakewood, Colorado. She later went on Line and Graduated from Grand Canyon University. She started working for Jeffco School System in the summer program and moved on to be a teachers aide. After graduation she was offered a job at Green Mountain Elementary, then moved to Molhom Elementary. She was Teacher Extraordinaire and LOVED her job and each student was a VIP to her. She taught summer school because she didn't want any student to lose ground over the summer. Last fall she was going to start teaching at Rose Stem Elementary for which she helped to set up the program. Her cancer prevented her from teaching each child was special and she could remember almost every student she had over the almost 20 years of working for the Jefferson County System. She came to love and teach Zumba.
Left to remember her with love are: her mother Donna Green Clink, Uncle Sterling & Aunt Jahn Clink, their daughter Marcey, and Jill, and their children and Christian (Sterling). Aunt Judy Green, Aunt Frances and Uncle Scott Woodworth and their children Klay and Karen, and their sons Daniel and Arthur, Katy and Karen, and Katy's children Macey, Cala, Ben,; Megan Guedo, Molly & Mary and their daughter Marnice.
