Andrea Lucia Francis

Andrea Lucia Francis was born in Denver Colorado, on December 4, 1987 to the proud and loving parents of Phillip & Lucia Francis.

Our Parents were very excited and thrilled to add another child to our small family.
Especially, our Mother whom was very overprotective of Andrea and loved her so much.
Yes, we were jealous of Andrea entering this world with us.
But Andrea completed our Family!

Tragically our mother passed away on April 7, 1989 at the age of 34.
Our father became a single parent to his 3 young daughters.

We lived in Capital Hill for a couple more years where Andrea attended Wyman Elementary.

Andrea was a very energetic and yet a shy young girl growing up!
She loved listening to our father's walkman and loved to dance.
We all enjoyed our time with little Andrea while she was growing up.

Our family then moved to Park Hill where Andrea loved her neighborhood and meet all her childhood friends from Stedman Elementary, Morey Middle School & Smiley Middle School.

Andrea loved going roller skating on Friday nights, hanging out at the mall, taking photoshoots with friends, seeing a movie, getting her nails or just spending time with her friends!
She loved doing what teenagers at her age were doing…living their best lives.

She also made many more friends at East High School and Thomas Jefferson High School.
Andrea had made so many friends by her teenage years she stayed in contact with them through her adult years and loved her friends unconditionally.

She applied at at Daycare in Parkhill at the age 15 and loved working there with the younger children.
This was Andrea's first job and she enjoyed it very much.
This is also where she discovered her independence for herself and became a workaholic at a very young age.

Andrea had her first child named Anthony Golden Jr aka "Chico."
She made sure to do anything & everything for her first born son.
She always maintained a full-time job and taking care of her responsibilities.
Andrea and Chico always had eachother and loved eachother so much!

She made sure Chico excelled in every sport he played by giving him the opportunity to join little league football & basketball during her career at King Soopers.
Yes, she was a very busy mom but made sure to attend all his games.

Andrea had her daughter Samiyah Richardson.
She was very excited for Chico to have a younger sibling and Andrea couldn't wait to have her daughter to join the two of them.

Andrea went to working overtime at King Soopers and made sure Chico and Samiyah were taken care plus being a strong single parent to her children.
Andrea made many friends at King Soopers and also became a Manager for the Floral Department.
She enjoyed her time there and loved her King Soopers Family.

Andrea continued working at various jobs but maintained her current jobs at Waxie's, Golden Twilight and DoorDash until her death.

Andrea was full life and wanted nothing in this world to make sure her children were well taken care of and which she succeeded!

She was a very loyal and devoted mother, sister, aunt and a friend.

Andrea will be truly missed and not forgotten.
Andrea truly was a solidified young warrior and now may she Rest In Peace our Native American Princess.
