He earned his BA of Science and was a PRA for the University of Colorado, Department of Pathology.
Andrew was married to Nichole Lewis. He was of Catholic faith and was a member of Transfiguration of Our Lord Ukrainian Catholic Church in Denver.
Andrew is survived by his wife Nichole Lewis; his parents, Steve and Christine M. Lewis; his brother Henry Lewis and sister-in-law, Celine Lewis.
