Angie F. Hoglan

Angie F. Hoglan, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed on January 8, 2025, in Arvada, Colorado, at the age of 74. She was born October 21, 1950, in Faulkton, South Dakota, and her journey through life was marked by remarkable strength, warmth, and an unwavering spirit.

Angie's career spanned many years in security, holding a position at NORAD and Schriver Air Force Base, where she approached her work with dedication and vigor, embodying the very essence of a fighter and a go-getter. Her commitment to service was reflected in the way she cared for her family and friends, always putting their needs above her own. A proud graduate of Devry University, Angie earned her associate degree in criminal justice, a testament to her determination and ambition.

Those who knew Angie will fondly remember her friendly demeanor, her angelic presence, and her motherly nature. She had a gift for making those around her feel valued and loved. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and a hint of mischief, woven into the fabric of everyday life.

Angie's interests were as varied as her passions were deep. She had an undeniable love for cats and took joy in collecting Indian dolls. Her fondness for Disney movies, particularly the beloved Mickey Mouse, brought cheer to her days. She enjoyed the thrill of playing bingo, often sharing the experience with friends, and cherished her time spent engaging with her social media, connecting with loved ones and sharing her vibrant spirit with the world.

Above all, Angie's proudest accomplishment was raising her sons, Charlie and Randy (Flora). She devoted herself to their well-being, constantly striving to create a nurturing environment filled with love and support. Her legacy of care and compassion shines vividly in her grandchildren, Charity and Chelsey, and her great-grandchildren, James and Curtis, who will carry her memory forward with love and laughter.

Angie is now reunited with her beloved mother and father, Charles and Doris, and her brother, Carl. While her physical presence will be deeply missed, her indomitable spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She leaves behind a family that will continue to draw strength from her love, embodying the values she instilled within them.
