Ann V. Warden

Ann Virginia Warden passed away September 27, 2007.

Ann was born in Augsburg, Germany and came to the United States in 1955. She moved to Denver, Colorado that same year.

She worked in the broadcast radio business at stations KLAK, KBPI and Y108 "The Mix". Ann was a proud member of the Colorado Broadcast Pioneers and the Denver Dinosaurs.

She married James Logan "Jim" Warden, Sr. on July 6, 1991. Ann was preceded in death by her husband Jim Warden, Sr. and a brother, Martin Rothaermel.

Ann is survived by children, Jim Warden, Jr., Dave Warden, Julie Blanchard and DeAnne Scott; brothers Andreas Rothaermel and Heike Rothaermel; nieces Gabi Liberta and Susan Meritt; ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and friend, Leon White.

Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday, October 3, 2007, 11:00A.M. at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 2190 So. Sheridan Blvd., Denver, with Rev. Msgr. Leo Horrigan, Celebrant. Private Family Interment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
