Anna Marie (Canzona) Joiner, 76, of North Denver and Brighton. Passed away on St. Patrick's Day, Thursday, March 17, 2011.
Wife of Richard L. Joiner. Mother of Richard (Chantel) Joiner, Timothy (Becky) Joiner and the late Anthony "Tony" (Shellie) Joiner. Sister of Veronica (Bill) Gittlein and the late James (Dorothy) Canzona. Grandmother of Anthony (Marcie), Kayleigh, Rachael, Trevor, Joey, Brennon and Jaxson Joiner. Beloved godmother of several; also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation, Wednesday, 5:00PM until 8:00PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel. Recitation of the Rosary, Thursday, 7:00PM; Mass of Christian Burial, Friday, 10:00AM, both services at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, W. 36th Ave. & Navajo St., Denver. Celebrant, Rev. Hugh Guentner, O.S.M.
Pallbearers will be Rusty Canzona, Tommy Canzona, Tony Canzona, Michael Canzona, Anthony Joiner, Trevor Joiner, Joey Joiner and Tim Gittlein. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brennon Joiner, Jaxson Joiner, Dominic Gittlein and Vincent Gittlein.
Those who wish may make memorial gifts to the American Heart Association or the Il Circolo Italiano of Denver Scholarship Fund.
