Annadele F. Wolford passed away on October 5, 2020 in Wichita, KS.
Annadele was born in Pine Grove, PA on 2/16/1932 and grew up on a small farm in Rock, PA until she was about 12 and than moved to Auburn, PA. Annadele married Mervin Schaeffer on October 7, 1950 and had 4 children while living in the Pine Grove, PA area for many years. She first worked at Hubler Shoe factory in Auburn, PA and than several garment factories after moving to Pine Grove PA. Her last job was at Gold Mills textile plant in Pine Grove, PA.
Annadele was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Annadele married the love of her life Harry S. Wolford, Sr. on February 11, 1978 in the Washington Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Annadele and Harry did a 1 year mission at the Washington Temple and after Harry's death Annadele did a 1 year mission with the church in St. Louis, MO. Annadele and Harry were sealed for Time and Eternity in the Washington Temple.
Annadele was preceded in death by her father, the late Ira Fidler, her late mother and step father Agnes and John Long, husband, Harry S. Wolford, Sr, son Harry S. Wolford, Jr. and son Albert Snolis, sister June Rathgeber.
Annadele is survived by son Larry (Barbie Fernbach) Schaeffer of Mary D, PA, daughter Joan Schaeffer of Wichita, KS, son Rick (Lucy) Schaeffer of Wichita, KS and son, Dean Schaeffer of Etters, PA, 8 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Newcomers Mortuary Lakewood, CO is in charge of arrangements. Services will be held October 21, 2020 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 999 E. Tufts Ave., Englewood, CO. Viewing at 9:30 am, funeral at 10:30 am. Interment at Chapel Hill Cemetery Centennial, CO.
