Anthony "Sonny" Cordova
Was born to Anna and Manuel Cordova on June 4, 1940, in Trinidad, Colorado. He passed away at age 67 in Lakewood, Colorado.
Sonny grew up in Trinidad, Rocky Ford, and Pueblo with 13 siblings. He moved to California in the 1960s and worked as a steelworker. He married Lorraine Sanchez and had three daughters. In 1980, he and his family returned to Colorado. He worked as a painter until he retired. Sonny enjoyed spending time with friends and family and liked to fish. He also enjoyed going "up the hill" to gamble.
Sonny was survived in death by his daughters: Laura, Jacquelin (son-in-law,Chris), Tina and grandson, Ernie. Sisters: Teresa, Dodie, Christine, Betty, Minnie, and Patricia and brothers: Roger, Manuel Jr., Jake, Robert, and Jim. Grandcats: Orville, Rusty, Citrine, Jade, and Purtiest.
Sonny was preceded in death by his brother Richard, his father Manuel, his sister Lorraine, his wife Lorraine, and his mother Anna.
