She was born October 1, 1960 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Howard and June (Clinkinbeard) Crouse. She was a graduate of Hinkley High School.
Arlene is survived by her mother June Crouse; two sons, James (Rebecca Cook) Lynch and Jeremiah (Charity) Lynch; two grandchildren, December Lynch and Zakariah Lynch; and three brothers, Randy (Teresa) Crouse, David Crouse and Eric Crouse. She is preceded in death by her father, Howard Crouse; brother, Edward Crouse; and sister, Cindy Mattison.
