Attlee Gallegos' Obituary
Attlee Gallegos was born in Las Vegas, New Mexico to Amelia and Nicholas Gallegos on February 26, 1946. He passed away on July 27, 2010. Attlee was preceded in death by his father Nicholas, brother Johnny, mother Amelia, and brother Floyd. He is survived by daughters Celena Alcala and Hannah Gallegos; siblings Allen, Andy, Annabelle, Beatriz, Bobby, Carmen, Dennis, Diane, Ernie, Larry, Leroy, and Viola; and over one hundred nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members. Attlee retired from Regional Transportation District (RTD) after over twenty-five years of service as a bus driver. He was passionate about his faith, family, friends, investing, music, painting, and carving wood. He had a generous heart, infectious smile, and passion for life. Services will be performed by Pastor Ed Nelson at Sloan's Lake Community Church at eleven o'clock in the morning. The church is located at 2796 Utica Street in Denver.
