Ms. Bacardi Twyla Ayesha Hollie was born on March 19, 1986 in Denver, Colorado to proud parents Ayesha Mitchell and Teddy Hollie Jr. The second oldest child in the family of five brothers and four sisters, Bacardi was a happy and awesome daughter constantly joyful and full of life. Loved as a child, Bacardi loved school and graduated from Williams Smith High School and graduated from Everest College as a CNA. In her free time, she enjoyed playing house with her daughter, dancing, quality time with family and friends, watching crime shows, playing video games, watching the Las Vegas Raider football team, and loved cooking smothered pork chops. The most lasting impression Bacardi left on everyone is she loved and cared from them and always said "Morning Blessing, Love You". Her favorite colors were pink, purple, yellow and black and her favorite song was Michael Jackson's "The Way You Make Me Feel". Bacardi was the best daughter and big sister you could ever ask for. Bacardi was a very loveable person and she filled everyone's heart with love and happiness. Bacardi was our bright, beautiful, awesome woman who made everyone smile and she will be missed by all whose life she touched and there were many. To know her was truly to love
On May 19, 2024, Ms. Bacardi Twyla Ayesha Hollie passed from this life to eternal rest. She is preceded in death by her brother Jermaine Lajuan Jones, mathernal grandfather Carl Jones Sr., maternal great-grandmother Mary B. Williams, uncle Byron Keith Barnett Jones, aunt Samona Jones. Those left to cherish her beautiful memory include her mother Ayesha Mitchell of Lakewood, Colorado, father Teddy Hollie Jr. of Aurora, Colorado, stepfather Marcus Mitchell of Lakewood, Colorado, daughter Ivyonia Linda Kay Williams and her father Moses Williams of Aurora, Colorado, brothers Teddy Hollie III of Aurora, Colorado, Lee Hollie of Aurora, Colorado, Termaine Jones of Lakewood, Colorado, A'Javian Jones of Lakewood, Colorado, Darian Ware of Aurora, Colorado and Gage Jentz of Aurora, Colorado, sisters Kawanza Jones of Littleton, Colorado, Sherina Hardin of Aurora Colorado and Desiree Ware of Aurora, Colorado, grandparents Yvonne Jones of Denver, Colorado and Hazel Ray of Aurora, Colorado and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
