She was born July 1, 1931 in Yakima, Washington, the daughter of Richert and Anna (Mitchell) Bailey.
Barbara is survived by daughter, Kelly A. Horton; two grandchildren, Justin (Danielle), Nikolas and two great-grandchildren, Jayce and Jaxon.
She is preceded in death by husband, Von Wayne Horton; daughter, Kimberly A. Horton; mother, Anna Bailey; father, Richert Bailey and two sisters, Kathleen and Clarissa.
