Barbara Lee Schikora, age 85, of Lakewood, Colorado, passed away on June 20, 2023
She was born December 23rd, 1937, in Kansas City, Missouri to Van and Esther Gillespie and was the beloved wife of Edward (Ed) J. Schikora for 45 vears.
Barbara spent her life in Kansas City, Denver and Roswell, Georgia.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, her older brother Roger, her first husband and daughter's father, Thomas (Tom) Tanan in March of 1963 and by Ed in July of 2017.
Barbara leaves behind daughter Lisa Lee Clark and her husband Bill, daughter Laurie Lane Hart and her husband Brad, grandson Thomas Clark, granddaughter Jennifer Clark, sister Suzanne Cook and brother Thomas Gillespie.
A private memorial to celebrate the lives of both Barbara and Ed will be held by the family at a later date
