Bernice Luehder

Bernice, C. Luehder age 86 of Aurora, CO (formerly Swansea, IL) died Sept. 30, 2009 at the Denver Hospice. She was born Bernice Catherine Frischkorn in New Athens, IL to George and Levina Frischkorn on Oct.23,1922. She married Edward Luehder on March 13, 1948; they were married 61 years. Ed and Bernice lived in Swansen, IL for 58 years, then moved to Aurora, CO in Aug. of 2007.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, two sisters Martha Rhodes and Leona Germer, her two brothers Albert (Red) and Cornelius Frischkorn and daughter Dianne Eckerd.

She is survived by her husband Edward; daughter Donna Fox (wife of Tom Fox); son Dale Teter, 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.

Service will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home 190 Potomac St. Aurora, CO on Oct. 6, 10:30 am. Burial following at Ft. Logan National Cemetery Denver, CO
