Bethalea Muhr

Bethalea "Beth" Muhr 88, of Aurora, went to be with her Lord on Saturday June 3, 2023 after a brief, but brave battle against cancer. She was born in Banner County NE to the late Clifford and Helen Burnett on March 8, 1935. Beth graduated from Bridgeport High School. She married Darrel Muhr in 1952 and they lived together in Nebraska, Colorado and Wyoming before settling in Aurora in 1967.Beth worked in the medical field until she retired in 1990. She was an active member of New Life Community Church.Beth enjoyed traveling across the country. She especially enjoyed being in the mountains of Colorado with Darrel and their dogs.

Beth is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 71 years, Darrel Muhr; her sister Vadene Mitchell (Frankie); and brothers, Lance Burnett (Keitha); Lyndall Burnett (Wendy); Brett and many nieces and nephews.

Beth always wanted everyone to be comfortable. Please dress comfortably or casual as we remember and celebrate her life during the memorial service.
