Beverly Jean Case, 87, of Denver, Colorado, died Thursday March 1, 2018.
She was born to Hilmer and Ruby Lundberg, February 13, 1931, in Burns, Wyoming. Beverly graduated from Albin High School in 1949 and completed one year of college at Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
She Married Donald B. Case Jr. on Aug. 25, 1950. They lived in Englewood, Colorado before relocating to their present home in Denver, in 1962. Beverly worked a short time at an insurance company. She spent the remainder of her life as a devoted homemaker, mother and wife. Beverly was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and active in many ministries. Later she was active in her senior Sunday school class at Mission Hills Church.
Beverly is survived by her husband Donald B. Case Jr., her brother and two sisters, two children: Kenneth Case and Beth Nelson. She is also survived by three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Arlene Huzy.
A viewing will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home on Sunday March 18, 2018 from 2 pm to 4 pm.
Services will be held on Monday March 19, 2018, at 11:00 am, at Mission Hills Church, 620 Southpark Dr., Littleton, Colorado 80120. Viewing is at 10:00 am with a reception following the service.
A graveside service will take place on Tuesday March 20, 2018 at 10:30 am, at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Assemble at Staging Area B on Wyoming Street, by 10:15 am. Come in North entrance off of So. Sheridan Blvd.
