Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80226; Funeral Service on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 10:00 AM, Lutheran Church of the Master, 14099 W. Jewell Ave., Lakewood, CO 80228. Interment, Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Area "C", 11:15am. Memorial donations suggested to Porter Hospice.
