In Loving Memory of Bonnie L. Rael Contreras
Bonnie was born to the late Daniel and Margaret Rael on May 6, 1960 in Cheverly, Maryland and was called home to heaven on January 27, 2021. Bonnie lived her whole life in Denver, Colorado. She retired from her work as a medical records specialist for St. Anthony's Hospital and enjoyed being home with her love and her grand-dog Sparkle.
Bonnie met the love of her life, Reynaldo Contreras and married him shortly after on November 7, 1981. They lived together in Denver, Colorado where they raised their children. Bonnie loved her life and was close to her family.
Bonnie is survived by her husband Rey and two children, Veronica and Reynaldo (Alicia) and her three grandchildren, Breanna, Liliana and Reynaldo. Bonnie is also survived by her brothers, Daniel Rael (Kendra) and David Rael and many nieces, nephews, a sister-in-law and her brothers-in-law. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents Daniel and Margaret and her sister Deborah.
Bonnie loved her family and friends dearly and was loved by all in return. She was a giving person who always made sure everyone she loved didn't want for anything. She loved her children and grandchildren fiercely, everyone can vouch for that. Her sudden death will forever be too soon.
She will live forever in our hearts! Remembering her will be easy, but missing her will be a heartache that never goes away. We'll hold her tightly within our hearts and there she will remain until the joyous day arrives for us to meet her again.
