Brenda Gail Mowery

Brenda Gail Mowery passed away peacefully surrounded by family, April 14th, 2018, at the age of 78 years old. Brenda was a devoted mother and wife. Born in Louisville, KY on December 18th, 1939 she was the oldest of five children. At the age of 19 she married Homer Mowery on February 21, 1959, and they raised four children together. Bob Mowery, John Mowery (wife Jodi), David Mowery (wife Kristina), and Liz Mowery. Brenda spent 10 years of her life as an Emergency Police Dispatcher. On top of being a devoted mother, her heart was full as a grandmother to six. Alexander, Paige, Jack, Benjamin, Noah, and Charleigh. She was preceded in death by her sisters Mary Evans and Pamela Barrett. Brenda is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and brothers Terry and Frank Williams.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association in her name.
