January 15, 1933 — December 21, 2020
Born on a Kentucky farm to William and Iva Palmer, Carolyn grew up in Washington, D.C., where she taught elementary students, later teaching in Boulder and Cherry Hills Christian.
Any day in the mountains made her happy.
The great joy in her life was being mom to her five sons.
Her grandchildren were her sunshine.
Preceded in death by her husband, Guy E. Boyer.
She is survived by Mark (Denise), John (Sharon), Tom (Maureen), Rick (Veronica), Guy (Sharalee); eleven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and siblings, Nora and Pete.
