Carolyn Ann Smith

Carolyn Ann Smith, 72, passed away on August 5, 2024. She was a beloved mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Carolyn was born on May 3rd in Philadelphia where she spent her childhood years. Her father's career moved the family to Denver, and she lived in the Aurora area for more than 50 years. Carolyn is survived by her four children, Matthew, Laurie, Jennifer, and Michael, and her grandchildren Zachariah, Malaya, Jett, Savannah, and Madison. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Catherine. Additionally, she is survived by her five siblings, their spouses, multiple cousins, nieces. nephews, and friends A funeral mass will he held at Queen of Peace Catholic Church on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 10:00 am. A reception will follow at The Dam Grille located at 8000 E. Quincy Ave. In leu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Stroke Association.
