On Thursday, March 15th, Cecilia "Tootie" Arnold, 84, passed away peacefully at St. Andrews Village in Aurora, CO.
She was born in Columbus OH, on 6/18/1933 to Cecilia and Martin Allen. Tootie was 1 of 7 children and is survived by her brother, Jack Allen of California. She is also survived by 4 children, Sherry, Mike, Diane, and Tanya. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 11 great granchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Her son Jim preceded her in death in 2010, as did 5 of her 6 siblings, parents, and husband Bob Arnold.
Tootie was a "Jill of all Trades", as an accomplished song writer, business owner, sales woman, and factory worker. She loved all animals and helping others. She had an infectious laugh and a smile that would light up a room. Tootie had lots of friends throughout the years, and her departure leaves the world a little less brighter.
