Celestis T. Rodgers, 46, of , passed away February 27, 2019.
She was born October 28, 1972 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Eric Field and Thelma Washington. She was a graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School.
Celestis was an extraordinary woman that was loved, is missed and will always be cherished.
She was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and niece.
Celestis will be remembered for her huge heart, her witty personality, her beautiful smile that could light up any room, and the way she loved everyone so abundantly.
Her legacy lives on through her family and the compassion, love, and generosity she shared.
Celestis is survived by her daughter, Brittnee S. Cavin; mother, Thelma Rodgers; two Grandchildren, Caleez L. Curby and Bayla S. Curby; Two Sisters, Pamela L. Rodgers and Cobretta L. (Bruce) Thomas; three brothers, Gregory S. (Celinda) Rodgers, Eric Field, and Dangerman M. Field. Celestis is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of cousins. She is preceded in death by her step-father, Franklin Thomas Knowlton; and father, Eric R. Field.
