Chuck was born June 29th in 1934. He was born in Roaring River, Missouri. He was a regional manager for Asmera Oil Company. He was very active in the city of Sheridan, Colorado. He was treasurer and city counsel man. He is survived by his wife, Laura West and his children; Ralph Bird, Betty Lamb, Mary Edwards, North West and John Bird. grandkids; Shawn, Scott, Jennifer, Karrie Kenneth, Kelly, Natasha, Cynthia, Charlie and Lucas. 18 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandkids and 2 sisters.
Services held at Newcomer West Chapel at 901 S. Sheridan Blvd. Lakewood, CO 80226; Viewing on Sunday, February 25, 2018 from 4-8pm; Funeral on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 12:30pm with burial to follow at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
