Christopher Chance Juszynski

Christopher Chance Juszynski, born April 24, 2010 and passed on October 16, 2010. He was preceded in death by cousins, Matthew Boudreau and Shawn Whaley; great grandparents: Theresa and Russell Dobner, Stanley and Theresa Juszynski, and Alexander and Anna Witkowski. Christopher is survived by his loving parents, Robert and Martina and big sister, Jennifer. Also grandparents Robert and Mary Juszynski and Janice Grayson; aunts, Cathy Boudreau, Karen Rodriquez, Sturgis Grayson and uncle, Russell Rodriquez. And his adopted family the Saint Joseph NICU Staff and his dog, Lucas.

Memorial will be on 10/30/2010 at 1 pm at 22225 Cook Lane Morrison Co. 80465 Reverend Pamela "Nick" Nicholson from New Horizon Ministries will officiate.
