When Chris was five years old, the family, which now included his sister Shelly, moved to Aurora, Colorado where he lived most of his life. Chris was an avid athlete throughout his young life and excelled in hockey and soccer throughout childhood and into high school. In his 30’s Chris married and had three wonderful children. His three children were athletes like him and he enjoyed attending baseball, football, and softball games for his kids. Chris had many close friends throughout his life and enjoyed time with each of them. Chris remained an athlete throughout his life, later in life he only played golf, but he enjoyed hockey, football and baseball vicariously through his favorite sports teams.
Chris loved to laugh and act silly, especially if someone was trying to take a picture of him. Throughout his adulthood he was still in touch with his inner child and loved to laugh and goof around with his children, nephew and nieces. He was passionate about watching the Colorado Avalanche on television and following the progress of the Denver Broncos. Although Chris was reserved and quiet, he had a big heart and loved his children and family immensely. He will be missed by all who knew and love him.
