Clara Patricia Burkhart (Pat); April 17, 1925, to December 21, 2022, (97); last residing at Covenant Living of Colorado, 9153 Yarrow St., Westminster, CO; she passed away unexpectedly on December 21, 2022, at 11:45 pm, in North Suburban Hospital, Westminster, CO.

She was the wife of John Harold Snyder (deceased) from 1946 to October 1974 and remarried to Edwin F. Burkhart (deceased) from May 1976 until August 2000.

She was born in Allentown, PA to the late Herman and Eulah Turbush.

She was employed from 1960 to 1986 (26 years) at Exeter Township School District as Cafeteria Supervisor and ultimately Food Services Director of Schools, retiring in 1986.

She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Birdsboro, PA; Order of Amaranth in Reading, PA; (where she served as Grand Royal Patron and Grand Royal Matron); she was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Gibraltar, PA; in her last eight years a faithful and regular attender of First Baptist Church of Westminster, CO.

She is survived by two sons, Harold J. Snyder her eldest of Custer, SD; and Ward R. Snyder the youngest of Arvada, CO.

There were also three grandchildren, Jennifer, Allister and Justin with three great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Edwin Burkhart.

No formal services were held as she was interred by Lutz Funeral Home, Inc., at Forrest Hills Memorial Park, Reading, PA, coming from Newcomer Funeral Home, Lakewood, CO.

Memorial Services will be held at First Baptist Church of Westminster, CO on January 28, 2023.
