Clarence Arthur Eby of Littleton, CO died on February 22, 2018 at the age of 90.
Clarence was born in Circleville, KS on June 30, 1927 to Headley and Mabel Eby.
He served proudly in the United States Air Force at the end of World War II.
He married Mary B. Kimbrough on July 31, 1950. They had 5 children, June Ivey Stokes, Ginger (Scott) Miller, Nancy Lantz (Charles Johns), Arthur (Linda) Eby and Mary Harper. Clarence had 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. All of whom have survived him. He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
Clarence had a successful career as a concrete contractor and owned his own business. He loved trap shooting, hunting, camping, bowling, fishing and traveling in his motor home. He was an avid outdoorsman and owned approximately 40 acres of mountain property. Clarence was known for his manliness, toughness and the ability to do anything. He could be found in a crowd because he sported a brimmed hat at all times.
Clarence was also a member of the Highlands Lodge No. 86 A.F. & A.M.
While Eby, as he was known, maintained a rough exterior, he was sensitive and caring. His wife of 67 years, Mary, was his treasured companion. Clarence Eby will be missed.
