Claudio Gonzales

Claudio Ismael Gonzales passed away on December 19,2022 in Denver, Colorado. Claudio was born on January 19,1930 in El Llano de Coyote, New Mexico to the late Solaida Fernandez-Gonzales and the late Jose Enrique Gonzales. He was the fifth child of eight.

In November 1951 he married the love of his life Maria Cora Pacheco Gonzales in Colorado, and they were married for 54 years before her untimely death in February of 2006. Although Claudia and Cora had no children of their own, they found joy in spending time with Claudio's brothers Jose and Frederico and their families. They were a close part of the lives of all their nieces and nephews.

Claudio is proceeded in death by his three sisters Irene Martinez (Idenero), Carol Gonzales, Maggie Gonzales (Orlando). Also, by his two brothers Amadeo Gonzales (alive Dolores) and Jose Antonio Gonzales and his stepmother Maria Lucia Gonzales.

Claudio is survived by his companion Genevieve Shamrock and his brother Jose Enrique Gonzales (late Deborah) and their four children Rebecca Allen (Robert), Laura Byerly (Jeff), Michael Gonzales (Kimmy) and Rose Gonzales. Also, by his brother Frederico Rudolfo Gonzales (Theresa) and their child Lisa Garcia-Gonzales along with other nieces, nephews and cousins.
