Died: November 24, 2009, Englewood, Colorado
He is survived by his wife, Edna; daughters, Marilyn, Sharon and Carolyn; four grandchildren and severn great grandchildren.
Mr. Mitchell was a long-time Denver resident. He operated a sign and display business and produced signs for several Denver theaters, TV stations, car dealers and sporting goods stores. Early in his career, Mr. Mitchell was the promotion manager for the Lawrence Welk Orchestra.
Funeral Service, Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel, 901 S. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood, Colorado 80226. Interment to follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, 7777 West 29th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033.
