She is survived by her children: John Davlin, Phillip Velarde, Joan Westhoff, and Beatrice Westhoff; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. 5 siblings: Victoria Allen, Theresa Silvia, Carmen Clark, Mona Hunt, and Martha Pino. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Westhoff; 2 sons: Anthony Velarde and William Westhoff, Jr.; 5 siblings: Eleanor Foutes, John Velarde, Ben Velarde, Espiridion Velarde, and Mary Mancuso. Rosary 7 PM on Thursday May 17th at Newcomer Family West Chapel. Funeral Services 10 AM Friday May 18th at Newcomer Family West Chapel. Burial Ft. Logan National Cemetery Area "B" 11:30 AM.
