She was born July 6, 1960 in Oxnard, California, the daughter of David and Judy (Wilkinson) Armstrong. On June 19, 1978 she married Robert Lester.
Cynthia is survived by Husband, Robert Lester two Daughters, Bobbie Bays, Chrystal L. Lester; three Sisters, Sherry Gibson, Julie Hoselton, Caroline Matheny, 7 Grandchildren; . She is preceded in death by Mother, Judy V. Armstrong, Brother, David J. Armstrong.
She loved life in general, candle making and scary movies.
