David A. Johnson

David A. Johnson, 67, passed away on August 9, 2007. He was born February 8, 1940, in Woburn Massachusetts, to Kenneth and Shirley Johnson.
After service in the United States Air Force, he moved to Colorado, retiring from the City of Aurora after 28 years. Dave enjoyed traveling and was an avid sports fan. In spite of recent challenges, he lived with grace, determination and phenomenal strength. Those who knew Dave will always remember his contagious smile and laugh. He never met a stranger and his greatest ability was to communicate friendship to all.
He is survived by his mother, his beloved wife Sharon, son David Jr. daughter Jody (Dave) Felske, and 2 granddaughters, and numerous friends and extended family.
Visitation will be Monday, August 13th from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Services will be at 1:30pm Tuesday at Faith Presbyterian Church with interment at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Wednesday at 10:000 am, Staging Area "C". Military Honors by the United States Air Force and the All Veterans Honor Guard.
