David Thomas Hidalgo, 69, of Aurora, received his angel wings on November 29,2022.
He was born to Miguel and Mary Hidalgo on August 12,1953 in Denver Colorado. David met his soulmate, Mary in 1970. They were married on May 29, 1971. They lived in Aurora for 47 years.
David became a Drug and Alcohol Counselor and Patient Representative CACIII, NCAC for Denver Health for 40 years. He retired in 2010 to take care of his grandson Quinten.
David is survived by his wife, Mary, and his three sons, Paul ( Fiancee Sandra), Adam ( Wife Charlene), Stephen (Wife Jessie). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, a brother Daniel (Wife Susan) and sister Rosalinda (Husband Fred). He is preceded in death by his parents Miguel and Mary Hidalgo, Father-in-Law Herman Martinez, Brother-in-Law Terrance Martinez and two nephews Thomas Boyle and Justin Tafoya.
Viewing will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home at 9am on December 9,2022 followed by the service.
