He was born April 5, 1950 in Casper, Wyoming, the son of Eugene and Shirley (Perchert) Walker.
He was a 1968 graduate of Campion Academy. He attended Union College in Lincoln, NE.
David is survived by two brothers, Michael Walker and Robert Walker and various nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by father, Eugene Lemuel Walker; mother, Shirley Jeanne Walker and sister, Barbara Jeanne Walker.
