Delfino O. Jaquez

Delfino Orlando Jaquez was born on June 16, 1936 in Sandy, Colorado to parents Max and Pina Jaquez. He passed away on March 5, 2009 in Denver, Colorado. "Orlando", as he was known, was 72 years of age at the time of his passing.

Orlando is survived by sisters Norma Aguilar, Carmela Chavez; brother, Max R. Jaquez; step-mother, Antonia Jaquez; step-brother, Ronnie and step-sisters, Lollie, JoAnn, Cecelia and Annette.

Orlando attended West High School in Denver. He worked for various welding and metal fabrication shops over the years; some were precision metal, Marko and Beta metals. Orlando was very good at his craft.

Orlando was a very kind and generous person. While quiet and unassuming, he was a very giving person and would help anyone with a need. Orlando was the type of person who would never fail to give you his last dollar if you had the need.

Orlando loved antiques and old maps and thought he should have been born in the 1800's. He also enjoyed John Wayne and Jimmy Stewart movies; the older they were the more he liked them!

Orlando was very muched loved by his family and many friends and will be truly missed by all.
