Diane Marie Daley (75) passed away peacefully at her home in Aurora, CO on June 4th, 2023 after a long battle with COPD.
Diane was born June 9th, 1947 to Raymond and Loretta Beback in Chicago, IL. She was a loving sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and cherished every moment spent with her family.
In her lifetime she enjoyed bowling, golf, thrift shopping, traveling and finding any excuse to go up "the hill" to gamble at the casinos. Going up "the hill" was her favorite way to spend her time. When she was unable to travel to the casino herself anymore, the casino was brought to her for her 75th birthday where she was able to play poker and roulette one final time surrounded by all of her loved ones.
Diane is preceded in death by both her parents, and her sisters, Mary Leonard & Janice McCulloch. She is survived by her daughter, Amy Root; sisters Sharon (Kevin) Walsh, Joyce (Rick) Moncreiff; grandchildren Angela (Ryan) Fucci, Bailey (Halle) Root, and Miranda Root; great grandson Carter Fucci; and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Diane's residence July 8th from 1-4 PM. Please contact family for more information.
