Dominic Moreno, 95, of Aurora, passed away August 29, 2018.
He was born February 25, 1923 in Rocky Ford, Colorado, the son of Leon and Maxine (Gomez) Moreno. He was a graduate of North High School. On February 25, 1949 he married Aurora Castro, of Aguilar, Colorado.
Dominic is survived by his children, Linda Moreno and Stephen Moreno; daughter-in-law, Louise Moreno; two grandchildren, Joseph (Jackie) Moreno and Nicole Moreno; three great-grandchildren, Alexus Moreno, Joey Moreno, and baby-on-the-way Jayce Moreno; sister, Pauline Greco; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Aurora Moreno; parents, Leon and Maxine Moreno; and siblings, Cecil Moreno, Eleno Moreno, Freida Marin, Anthony Moreno, and Frances Martinez.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a military charity of your choice.
